This number offers 3 choises:

Choose 1: for medical emergencies and life-threatening situation only.

Choose 2: to reach the answering machine to order chronical medication, you have obtained before from our practice. Please state your name, date of birth and the name of the medicine. If approved by the doctor, the medicine will be ready for you after 2 working days at your pharmacy.

Choose 3: for making an appointment

No Choice: you will be automatically connected to the medical assistent.

Office hours

Opening hours during weekdays: 8.00 – untill 17.00 hours.
All consultations are by appointment.
Our skilled medical assistants are ready to help you when you call us.

To make an appointment please call between 08.00-10.00 or 11.00-12.30. Note that it’s not allways possible to make an appointment for he same day.

Your GP has 10 minuts for 1 complaint. If you have more complaints, please inform the assistant on the telephone. She can help you to see what is possible.

For results please call between 14.00-16.00.

Outside office hours you can reach the emergency unit SHOKO for emergencies which cannot wait till the next day..

Becoming a regular patiënt to our practice

If you are new in Bergeijk and you want to become a regular patiënt to our practice, please fill in the Inschrijfformulier.
You need to bring the complete filled in form, with your ID and your Health Insurance  number to our desk. The medical assistent at the desk will tell you which of our doctors is available for new patiënt at this time. If your partner allready is a patiënt with our Practice, we can register you  with the same GP.

If you have no Dutch Health Insurance you have to pay cash.
